Oliver Mansell aka Monse joins FUSE CLUB DISCOVERY this summer.
Monse grew up in Warwickshire, where he lived in a small village until he moved to Leeds for University.
Drawn to high-energy rhythms and electronic music from an early age, he has been exploring and broadening his musical taste. In a recent trip around Asia that lasted 4 months, Monse was lucky enough to play along the way in both Thailand and Cambodia. After, he lived in Australia for a year and really got into the music he now loves to play — raw, hypnotic Techno beats.
Monse will be playing a Techno set in Birmingham for Muse on 4th May and a more relaxed house and groove day set at Friends of Friends Festival in June.
Monse’s set for FUSE CLUB encapsulates what he loves about modern day Techno music — 90 minutes of fast highs accompanied with a groovy low end, making for an energetic and consistent experience that the listener can absorb without worrying about big build ups and lengthy lulls. Listen and groove.
